Providing an advanced chocking system that integrates with a Dok-Lok Style Light Communication System, the Global Wheel Chock is available with a variety of offerings. It has Rite-Vu auxiliary communication lights, an approach detection system, camera engagement verification and smart dock alerts that improve users’ loading dock safety cost effectively.
Offering users an assortment of contrasts, when compared to traditional wheel chocks, the Global Wheel Chock, when used along with Approach-Vu, alerts employees (outside of DCs and warehouses) in an audible and visual manner whenever trailers are approaching. After the wheel chock system has been positioned, its ultra-sonic sensor will then communicate safe tire engagement, using the Dok-Lok Style Light Communication System.
If its sensor loses tire contact, dock employees are alerted whenever the chock needs to be re-engaged, prior to operations safely continuing.
